Our services cover airport transfers at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), private and group transport, chauffeur-guided vehicles, hotel coordination across all regions and categories, sightseeing tours, round-island tour programmes, day excursions, group logistics and MICE support. We work on behalf of agents from the UK, Europe, India, the Gulf and other international markets who send leisure, business and group travellers to Sri Lanka. Our role is to manage the in-destination components so that agents can deliver a reliable, well-coordinated programme. Yes. Travelo DMC operates strictly on a B2B basis and does not accept direct bookings from travellers. We work exclusively with registered travel agents, inbound and outbound tour operators, and wholesale travel companies sending clients to Sri Lanka. Our trade partners include agencies and operators across the UK, Europe, India, the Gulf and other international markets. We provide trade-only quotations only to approved agencies through protected channels, without publicly listed prices, so agents can apply their own margins. Overseas travel agents and tour operators must complete full agency registration and manual approval before submitting a Sri Lanka brief through Agent Pilot.

Yes. As an inbound DMC and ground handling company in Sri Lanka, coordinating the on-the-ground logistics of client trips is our primary function. This includes arranging transport from the airport, booking and confirming hotels, coordinating licensed guides and chauffeur drivers, planning and booking excursions, and managing the day-to-day operational requirements of a programme once clients are on the ground. Agents do not need their own in-country infrastructure — our team acts as the local coordinator on their behalf. We handle FIT bookings, series programmes, ad-hoc group movements and multi-day tailor-made itineraries across the island.

Yes. We arrange meet-and-greet airport transfer services at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in Negombo and Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (HRI) in the south. Transfer vehicles include air-conditioned cars, vans and coaches depending on passenger count, with licensed drivers holding the correct private hire documentation. FIT clients are met by a driver or guide holding a name board, and hotel drop or pick-up is confirmed before arrival. Group transfer logistics — including luggage handling and timing — are managed in advance by our operations team. Transfers can be booked as stand-alone services or as part of a full itinerary. Approved agencies submit requirements through the protected workflow.

Yes. Our team handles group and MICE movements of all scales in Sri Lanka, from small incentive groups to large corporate conference parties. We coordinate hotel room-blocks, group transportation, guide coordination, team-building and incentive activities, dinner functions, cultural shows and offsite excursions. For MICE programmes, we source suitable conference venues, manage delegate logistics including airport arrivals and departures, and arrange pre- or post-conference leisure extensions. Series group handling for tour operators — repeated fixed-departure programmes with consistent supplier arrangements — is also coordinated by our operations team. Approved agencies submit complete group or MICE briefs through the protected Agent Pilot workflow.

We provide ground handling support across the full island, covering Colombo, Negombo, Kandy, Sigiriya, Dambulla, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Yala, Udawalawe, Galle, Mirissa, Bentota, Hikkaduwa, Trincomalee and Arugam Bay. Agents working with us on fixed itinerary programmes receive supplier coordination across all stages of the route. Less-visited regional areas and off-the-beaten-track destinations can be quoted on request — our operations team will confirm supplier availability and timing. Route planning guidance is available if needed, particularly for agents building a first Sri Lanka programme. Approved agencies can request regional coverage confirmation through the protected workflow.

Yes. Hotel coordination is a core service — we work with accommodation across all categories, from boutique guesthouses to five-star resort properties, coordinating room bookings, rooming lists, check-in logistics and special requests on behalf of agents. Sightseeing tours and guided excursions are arranged with licensed local guides, and full round-island itinerary planning is available for tailor-made programmes of any length. Agents with existing itineraries can share them for a ground-only quotation; agents building a new Sri Lanka programme can request itinerary guidance from our team.
