DMC for Indian Travel Agents & Tour Operators
Trade-only destination support for Indian travel agencies and tour operators — FIT, family, group and incentive programmes across Sri Lanka, Dubai, Thailand and Azerbaijan, quoted net for your markup.
Who this page is for
Built for your desk, not a template
This page is for Indian travel agencies, tour operators, consolidators and corporate travel teams sending clients to Sri Lanka, Dubai, Thailand and Azerbaijan — four of the most requested short-haul destinations from Indian metros, all handled here under one DMC agreement.
Why Indian agencies work with us
Matched to how the Indian market actually books
Short-haul destination planning
Colombo, Dubai, Bangkok and Baku are all short flights from major Indian gateways, which makes compact 4–7 night programmes viable — routings are planned around realistic arrival banks and red-eye flights.
FIT and family movements
Couples, honeymoon files handled through your agency, and multi-generation family trips with connecting or adjacent rooms requested at reservation stage.
Group & incentive movements
Corporate incentives and leisure group departures with room blocks, coach staging and gala-dinner coordination where available.
Fast-moving amendments
Indian bookings often firm up late and change often. Date and passenger amendments are handled with suppliers quickly, always subject to availability and supplier terms.
Meal & dietary preferences
Vegetarian, Jain and other dietary requirements declared in your brief are passed to hotels and restaurants during coordination — specified per programme rather than promised generically.
Quotation clarity
Net trade rates itemised for your markup, with inclusions and exclusions stated plainly — no public prices anywhere on this site.

How to send a client brief

- 2Receive a trade quotation. Priced net for your markup, with inclusions stated plainly, within one business day.
- 3Revise and confirm. Adjust hotels, routing or services; nothing is binding until you confirm in writing.
- 4We operate the ground. Supplier coordination, operational handover and in-destination support through to departure.

Common questions
Questions from Indian trade partners
Can you handle last-minute Indian market bookings?+
Where availability allows, yes — short-lead FIT and small-group requests are quoted against live availability, and we tell you immediately what is realistic for your dates instead of holding the file.
Do you support both FIT and group business from India?+
Yes. The same operations process covers individual honeymoon and family files and full group or incentive movements, including series departures across a season.
How are dietary requirements handled?+
State them in the client brief — vegetarian, Jain or other requirements are passed to each hotel and restaurant during supplier coordination, and noted in the operational handover for travel days.
Will my clients ever be contacted for marketing?+
No. Client contact is operational only, during confirmed travel. We work through our trade partners and respect your client relationship — Travelo DMC does not interfere with your direct client ownership.
