This website is operated by Travelo Travel (Pvt) Ltd, trading as Travelo DMC, a B2B destination management company registered in Sri Lanka (SLTDA Licence No: SLTDA/SQA/PRO/TA/01125). Our website address is www.travelodmc.com.

This website is intended for travel trade professionals only, including travel agents, tour operators, group organisers and travel companies. It is not intended for use by individual travellers seeking retail holidays.

By using this website and submitting information through our registration or protected trade workflows, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Trade Enquiries and Quotations

Quotation briefs are accepted only from fully registered and manually approved agencies through the protected workflow. Submission of a brief does not constitute a booking or confirmed reservation. No contract exists between Travelo DMC and a trade partner until a formal written agreement or booking confirmation has been issued.

Quotations issued in response to trade enquiries are indicative and subject to availability, supplier rates and confirmation. All rates are trade-only and must not be disclosed to end consumers. Travelo DMC reserves the right to withdraw or amend quotations prior to formal confirmation.

B2B Use Only

This website and its enquiry services are intended for registered travel trade businesses. By submitting an enquiry or registration, you confirm that you represent a legitimate travel trade business and are acting in a professional capacity. Travelo DMC reserves the right to decline enquiries or registrations that do not meet this requirement.

Client Ownership

Travelo DMC operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale DMC. We work through our trade partners and do not contact, solicit or approach the end clients of registered trade partners. Client ownership and direct client relationships remain with the trade partner at all times.

Accuracy of Information

While we take care to ensure the information on this website is accurate and current, destination conditions, supplier services, hotel availability and pricing are subject to change. Travelo DMC does not accept liability for decisions made based solely on website content. For the most accurate and current information, approved agencies should use the protected Agent Pilot workflow.

Supplier Registration

Supplier registrations submitted through our website are reviewed by our operations team. Submission does not guarantee acceptance into our supplier network. We reserve the right to accept or decline any supplier registration at our discretion. Additional documentation or verification may be required during the review process.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Travelo Travel (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
