What Dubai inbound ground handling covers

The moment your client clears the aerobridge at DXB, the file stops being theory. Dubai ground handling is a business of minutes: meet-and-assist at the right gate, a driver already waiting outside, a hotel that has the booking exactly as we contracted it. This page walks through each service as we actually run it, whether you are folding Dubai into a wider routing or selling it on its own. Dubai delivery runs through Madarna Travel and Tourism L.L.C., our licensed UAE sister company (Licence 1507165), with its own Dubai office and staff.

Services covered under Dubai ground handling

Airport meet and assist

Our representative meets clients on arrival at Dubai International (DXB) or Al Maktoum International (DWC), assists through immigration if needed, coordinates baggage and transfers them to the hotel in a named, air-conditioned vehicle. For groups, multiple vehicles are coordinated simultaneously. For VIP clients, lounge access and fast-track service can be arranged.

Hotel coordination

We coordinate room allocation, check-in facilitation and any special requests (early check-in, room upgrades, connecting rooms for families, high-floor views of Burj Khalifa) directly with the hotel before arrival. For the Dubai market, hotels we work with across all categories include properties on Sheikh Zayed Road, the Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Road and Deira. State your preferred area or hotel in the brief and we will confirm availability and rate.

City tours

Dubai city tours typically cover: Burj Khalifa (At The Top observation deck), Dubai Mall, Dubai Frame, Gold Souk and Spice Souk in Deira, Abra creek crossing, Al Fahidi historical neighbourhood, and a drive past the Palm Jumeirah. Half-day and full-day options are available. For clients on a short stop (overnight or 1–2 nights), a half-day city tour is usually the right call — it covers the visual highlights without overloading a transit itinerary.

Desert safari

This is the most frequently requested Dubai experience after the Burj Khalifa. Evening desert safaris include: 4x4 dune bashing, camel riding, sandboarding, henna and traditional dress experience, live music and belly dancing, and a BBQ dinner under the stars. Morning desert safaris are a quieter option — quad biking and dune walks without the crowds and entertainment. Full-day and overnight safaris are also available. Specify which type in the brief.

Transfers

Airport to hotel, hotel to hotel, hotel to excursion, and departure transfers are all handled. Vehicles range from sedans (1–3 pax) to SUVs (1–6 pax), minivans (7–14 pax) and coaches (15–50 pax). For large groups, vehicles can be branded if required.

Abu Dhabi day trip

Abu Dhabi is 90–120 minutes from Dubai by road and is a standard day trip for clients on a 3-night Dubai programme. Standard coverage: Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (one of the largest in the world), Corniche waterfront drive, and either the Louvre Abu Dhabi or Ferrari World depending on client interest. Full-day, departs 08:00 from Dubai, returns 18:00–19:00.

MICE and event logistics

For corporate travel managers and incentive groups using Dubai as a destination, we handle venue coordination (DWTC, Atlantis the Palm, and hotel ballrooms), group activity logistics, dine-around programmes and departure coordination. State event type, pax count and dates in the brief.

What we don't handle on the Dubai side

We do not book international flights into or out of Dubai. We do not handle visa applications (Dubai has on-arrival and e-visa options for most nationalities — confirm with the relevant authority for your client's passport). We do not operate theme park tickets (IMG Worlds, Legoland) directly but can include them as part of a day programme.
